Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
1. Conduct various application tests and new product development trials under the instruction of engineer;
在工程师的指导下进行各种应用性能测试和新产品开发实验；
2. Submit samples or products for analysis im CRL team; carry out characterization and analysis by using laboratrial tools;
递交实验室样品到CRL部门进行分析，或利用实验室仪器对产品和样品自行进行分析和表征;
3. Complete benchmarking analysis; 进行竞争对手产品分析；
4. Collect and record all data, provide technical results to engineer;
收集整理数据，提交结果给工程师；
5. Laboratory management: 5S, equipment operation, maintanence & upgrading, Samples management, etc
负责实验室管理：5S管理,实验室设备操作，维护，升级改造；以及样品管理等等

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
1/ Conduct application tests and new product development trials：
完成产品应用测试以及新产品开发实验。
2/ Conduct test and characterization on samples & products, submit samples for analysis, collect data and trial results, provide trial report.
数据结果测试和表征，或者提交样品进行分析; 收集整理实验数据；提交实验报告；
3/ Fulfill product analysis, benchmark, and competitor's product analysis strictly, precisely and efficiently.
精确高效地完成产品性能分析，产品平行比较，竞争对手产品分析测试。
4. lab management: daily maintenance & upgrading, sample management, lab consumable material purchase; sample sorting, arrangement, and delivery.
管理实验室，进行设备日常维护，升级改造，样品管理；实验的消耗材料的购买，以及实验样品的分类整理，样品提交及传送。分配时间:
5. Strictly follow EHS & 5S policies and regulations of SGRS. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'.
遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。分配时间：10%

Qualifications/任职要求
1. 2~3 year lab technician experience in inorganic material 2~3年无机实验技术相关的经验
2. Bachelor degree, major in Materials Science, Inorganic Materials 材料科学与工程，无机非金属材料，专业本科学士。
2. Proficient written and reading in English is preferred. 英语读写熟练者优先。
